Honored Worker of Culture of the Kyrgyz Republic Burul Dzhumagulova

The legal and economic reading room of the information library named after S. Burul Zhumagulova was born on October 14, 1946 in the village of Tegirmenti, Kemin district, in the family of a servant. After receiving secondary education, he became a Kyrgyz language and literature teacher and librarian at the Kyrgyz State University. In 1968-1970, he began his career at the Naryn city library under the guidance of Ms. Jumagul Konurbayeva. appointed as director.

This project is followed by "Economic information for the regions", "Creation and promotion of legal and economic information center under the library", " Providing regional, district and city libraries with legal and economic literature", "Providing legal and economic centers of Naryn region with new technologies" ” and many other projects, legal and economic information centers were organized not only in the regional library, but also on the basis of district libraries, which became a favorite place of the population.

20 years ago, he was the first to introduce mobile service to the library based on hard work and search for digitization, which is the demand of today's times. For investing more than 100,000 dollars in the library, Naryn was awarded the title of "Achieving Leader" within the framework of the "Honor" program of the regional state administration and the regional Council of People's Deputies, and the regional library was awarded the title of "Leading Library". In 2004, he was awarded the Kyrgyz Republic "Dang" medal, "Best Culture Worker" by the state in 2004. He was awarded the "Library Star" badge, and in 2009 he was awarded the honorary title of "Culture Meritorious Worker of the Kyrgyz Republic".

On the personal initiative of Burul Jumagulova, the 80-year anniversary of the regional library was held at a high level, and the "Library Museum" was opened, where the history and achievements of the library, photographs of leading cultural leaders, leading library workers, exhibits, and literature were exhibited.
