20 years ago, he was the first to introduce mobile service to the library based on hard work and search for digitization, which is the demand of today's times. For investing more than 100,000 dollars in the library, Naryn was awarded the title of "Achieving Leader" within the framework of the "Honor" program of the regional state administration and the regional Council of People's Deputies, and the regional library was awarded the title of "Leading Library". In 2004, he was awarded the Kyrgyz Republic "Dang" medal, "Best Culture Worker" by the state in 2004. He was awarded the "Library Star" badge, and in 2009 he was awarded the honorary title of "Culture Meritorious Worker of the Kyrgyz Republic".

On the personal initiative of Burul Jumagulova, the 80-year anniversary of the regional library was held at a high level, and the "Library Museum" was opened, where the history and achievements of the library, photographs of leading cultural leaders, leading library workers, exhibits, and literature were exhibited.
