Contents of the book:
A historian of the Kyrgyz people, a writer, Belek Soltonoev wrote this work since 1895, finished it in 1934, was himself repressed and shot in 1938, rehabilitated in 1955. The book contains materials starting from the era of the Kyrgyz renaissance and ending with the uprising of 1916. This manuscript lay in the abyss for many years, and its publication, even in the broadest sense of the word, was prohibited under totalitarian rule. This work has just been released from prison and was first published in Kyrgyz Tafykh magazine. The second book includes materials on the Kyrgyz war with Ken Khan.
