Library subscription conditions.

Every resident of the city of Naryn and nearby villages who needs library services has the right to library services regardless of gender, age, nationality, education, social status, political views and religion.

A reader ID is required to subscribe to the library.
- For the purposes of information and library services, the following information is entered in the form: - last name, first name;
- year of birth;
- passport data (series, number);
- location;
- telephone number, email address;
- place of study;
- about education;
- profession;
- reader signature;
- Date of completion;

The form is valid for 1 year.
