Goal: to tell younger generations about the development of our country, the age-old rituals and customs of our Kyrgyz people, to introduce them to the precious values ​​of spirituality, behavior, our own history and culture, and to collect educational literature.

The main task:

Taking into account consumer requests, we constantly replenish the fund with new literature.

 

Reception of old literature - comparison of books by quantity and price, analysis of each copy and its alphabetical arrangement, viewing in the “Accounting Catalog”, division into sections

Library processing of new literature - stamping books, affixing notices, writing passports, affixing inventory numbers, counting quantities in the general ledger.

Systematization of new literature - literature is divided into branches of science, each of them is indexed and authorized according to the content of the abstract in the library table. Cards for each book. write.

Working with catalogers - cards written according to literature are placed in alphabetical order in the "Alphabetical" catalogue, by system in the "System" catalogue, and outdated cards are overwritten in a hidden way.

Issuance of documents from the fund - a mark of each book issued during the year from the inventory book, an extract from the “Alphabetical”, “Systematic” and “Accounting” catalogs.

Periodicals - 24 titles, 18 newspapers and 6 magazines are subscribed to in the library through the post office of the Kyrgyz Republic, readers are provided with extensive information.
