LEGAL AND ECONOMIC CENTER - IN THE PUBLIC SERVICE.
 In April 2002, in front of the Naryn Regional Information Library named after S. Orozbakov, the “Center for Legal and Economic Information” was officially opened, which became the first center dedicated to the development of civic activity and legal culture of the population.The goal of the center is to increase the legal level and legal culture of citizens, solve problems in the field of information, meet the need for legal and economic information of state and public organizations and readers through active financial financing of the Soros Foundation Kyrgyzstan. and the Eurasia funds. open, modern technologies,provided with global Internet sources, the way to foreign and domestic sources of legal and economic information has been opened, in addition, a fund of integrated resources for representatives of small and small businesses has been collected, clients using the Toktom database are provided with complete information for the effective protection of their rights. Currently, the Toktom database has collected more than 200,000 pieces of data, and the citizens' need for information is being satisfied.

Thanks to the resources at its disposal (traditional and electronic), optimal conditions have been created to satisfy the legal and economic information needs of individuals and legal entities. Seminars, trainings, round tables on current topics were organized, trainings were conducted on the use of the Toktom legal information system. In order to familiarize readers with the book collection of the center, excursions were often held, book exhibitions were organized, consumers were introduced to each other, and information was provided.

Since the opening of the center, the heads of departments have been Nurzhan Toktobekova, Toktorbaeva Zamira, Kydyralieva Gulzat, Musaeva Uulkeldi, librarians: Jamal Takyrbashova, Zhakypova Salamat, programmer Ulan Sargaldaev and project manager Murbai kyzy Cholpon. Since 2003, the legal information bulletin “Library... Law... Information...” has been published. The center held workshops with local council staff, government officials and media workers, and they frequently used the centre's services.

In order to continue the work of the center, in 2008, within the framework of the project “Development of the information environment based on the Center for Legal and Economic Information,” legal and economic training centers were opened in all districts through the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe. Naryn region, provided them with technical means and literature, joined the Toktom Internet resource, and began to use the database.

In 2009, the project “Transfer of legal and economic literature to regional, district and city libraries” was supported by the OSCE, and we were provided with legal and economic literature.
                  At the center we serve consumers with 10,409 books and 4 newspaper titles. We annually subscribe to the Toktom database, transfer money, create conditions for readers, and provide information based on consumer requests.In the legal and economic lecture hall, thematic exhibitions on the economic and legal sphere were organized for consumers, seminars, trainings, round tables, meetings, discussions, lessons, competitions, and debate competitions were held among schools in our city. Presentations of new literature that guides and inspires readers on the path to success,financial literacy, online reports on the values ​​and traditions of the Kyrgyz people, lessons that will help mothers with disabilities, mothers caring for children with disabilities, move forward in their lives: “Female Energy”, “Psychological State and Psychosomatics”, Teacher -ATEF trainer Mambetalieva Gulnara Zoldoshbekovna, on the topic “Motivation for Life” was carried out with the help of the head of the public organization “Pir Solomon”, lawyer and advocate, coach Asanaliev Erkin.

Interviews were given to sources of information about mass events, articles were written for the Yakhin Too newspaper, and work with the public began. Our partners are the Department of Education of the city of Naryn, schools and lyceums of the city of Naryn, the Department of Justice of the city of Naryn, the Representative Office of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Naryn region, the Council of Veterans, the military unit named after Tailak Baatyr, and non-governmental organizations. government organizations "Salomon's Feast"We cooperate with Tengdesh, New Name, Young Leader Club, Kadam Rehabilitation Center, Naryn Interdistrict Department of Labor, Social Protection and Migration, Naryn Law College, private sponsors and the Media Center.
             On September 7, 2022, joint projects with the support and participation of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic: the Central Election Commission of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministry of Culture, Information, Sports and Youth Policy,With the support of the Swiss Embassy in the Kyrgyz Republic and the UN Development Program and local self-government, the “Center for Citizenship and Digital Learning” is open in an online format with public participation and raises people’s awareness. interest. Visiting consumers will be able to receive an electronic signature and access to the Tunduk portal. On various topics: “State guarantees”, “What is KUorkot”, “Rhetorical art”, “Female energy”, “Psychosomatics”, “How to enjoy money?” Offline and online classes are conducted on topics, etc.
